Best Western Knoxville Airport / Alcoa, TN

This property was so nice for the price. It has an updated modern style. We stayed 3 nights in early June, 2024. Their breakfast includes hot foods such as biscuits/gravy, sausage and scrambled eggs. Which for the price I thought was great that it included some hot foods. We stayed in room 318, which was a king suite. Our room had a pull out couch, small refrigerator and microwave, which was exactly everything one could need.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was great! I was able to get picked up from the shuttle to and from the airport for free. It was near ALOT of restaurants.

It was a last minute reservation. The shuttle arrived in less than 10minutes, check-in was rapid and seamless and the room was spotless. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful when I needed to return to the airport to rent a car.

Everything was perfect. I have low vision, and I was made very welcome, and the ladies on the desk are so helpful and very nice. It's beautiful inside and a nice pool. I will sure be staying with Best Western again. Thank you ladies.

The free tram that was available to and from the airport all three days we had to stay was always available for us right away. We had to stay at the Best Western Alcoa because of flight delays and eventual cancellations. All of the staff we met at the BW were kind and sympathetic to our nightmare the last 4 days of our vacation - still can't bring myself to look at the pictures, PTSD from it all I'm sure of it.
